Maddog Forge ("we," "our," or "us") operates Gridferno, a mobile puzzle game available on iOS. This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, and shared when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

Gridferno itself does not collect any personal information directly. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or any other identifying information within the app.

However, Gridferno uses third-party SDKs that may collect certain data automatically:

• Unity LevelPlay / ironSource — Our advertising SDK, which may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data in order to serve relevant advertisements. This SDK is subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, and tracking only occurs with your explicit consent. ironSource Privacy Policy
• Unity Analytics — Collects aggregated gameplay data such as session length and game events (e.g. score, round reached, mode played). • Unity IAP — Processes in-app purchases. We do not store, access, or transmit any payment or billing information. All transactions are handled by Apple through the App Store.
• Apple / iOS Local Notifications — We may send local notifications to your device (for example, daily challenge reminders). These notifications are generated entirely on your device. No personal data is transmitted to any server.

We use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You will be prompted before any cross-app tracking occurs, and you may decline. You can change this preference at any time in your device settings.

2. How We Use Information

Information collected through third-party SDKs is used to:

• Improve the game experience based on aggregated gameplay data
• Serve relevant advertisements (only with your consent)
• Process in-app purchases

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. The third-party SDKs listed above may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies, which are linked in Section 1. We encourage you to review those policies.

4. Children's Privacy

Gridferno is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through one of our third-party SDKs, please contact us at the email below, and we will take steps to remove that information.

5. Your Rights

You may opt out of ad tracking at any time by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iOS device. You may also request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us at the email address below.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of Gridferno after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
