These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gridferno, a mobile application developed and published by Maddog Forge ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Gridferno, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Gridferno, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Gridferno on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not sublicense, distribute, or make the app available to any third party.
Gridferno offers optional in-app purchases, including a "Remove Ads" feature. This is a non-consumable, one-time purchase that permanently removes advertising from the app on your Apple ID.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. All sales are final. Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with their refund policies and applicable law. We do not process payments or have access to your payment information.

All content within Gridferno — including but not limited to graphics, audio, game design, text, and the "Gridferno" name and logo — is the property of Maddog Forge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except the limited license described in Section 2.
Gridferno is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maddog Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of Gridferno, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of Gridferno after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
